My Smoked Salmon Dill Dip is a party favorite! This is great for dipping vegetables, crackers, pretzel thins, french bread, and even plopping into a scramble when you wake up too tired to cook because you’ve had too much fun the night before! (Talking from experience here….I know). Your brunch guests will love this no matter what. The consistency is what you would expect of a dip made with cream cheese, and thicker than most veggie dips. No one will spill drops of this on the front of their shirt…(again speaking from personal experience). The only kicker is if you can find some cream cheese! Currently there is a shortage…and I’m just thankful that I bought a LOT of it at Costco before the cyber hack ruined my next few blog posts because they all have cream cheese as a MAIN INGREDIENT. I digress…hopefully you have a stash in your refrigerator.

Serious crowd pleaser! The ingredients are so simple and it only takes a few minutes to prepare.

So easy to find this in your local Costco, or wherever you shop. Sockeye is perfect for this recipe and is very affordable.

Put all of your ingredients, including the smoked salmon, in a food processor and BOOM you’re done! This one is definitely a bowl licker…..grab some healthy and keto-friendly almond flour crackers!
