This Pumpkin Spice Whipped Cream is the easiest thing to make if you have the ingredients, so there is no need to ever buy pre-made whipped cream EVER! There are only a few ingredients: heavy whipping cream, erythritol (or you can use sugar – just use half the amount), vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice. Yes I cheat and use pre-made pumpkin pie spice and thank god for Trader Joe’s to make a dang good one. If you make your own, more power to you. Shelly’s busy. It’s also easiest if you have a nice hand mixer or an immersion blender with a whisk attachment. Trust me, you can whisk it by hand but your arm will get sore.

You want to whisk all of the ingredients together until it starts to form peaks. Be careful not to over whip this or it will start to look grainy and sticky. You want it to still have a creamy texture.

- 1/4 C erythritol (or 2 T white sugar)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
