I had a proud moment when I came up with this doozie of a BBQ Sauce because this stuff is zingy, tangy, a little sweet, and with just the right amount of pow in your mouth that doesn’t overpower. So I named it BBQ-U, as in this sauce will Barbecue You. If you want to get actual with the conceptualization here, I named it that because this my BBQ-U class via a food blog. Pretend you are back in college, only you are there to making this amazing BBQ sauce! Work with me.
Yep I drizzled this sauce over some pounded chicken breasts, zucchini, and Sungold cherry tomatoes (from my garden), topped the chicken with a ton of shredded mozzarella and baked it for 25 minutes at 400 degrees. I’ll get around to that post someday but it’s THAT easy. The BBQ-U Sauce was insanely tasty on this easy dinner.
Song for the Prep: You Turn Me On by Beat Happening
Pretty sure I will shockingly tell you that this BBQ-U Sauce TURNS ME ON it’s so good. Way more turned on by this sauce versus a dead man…you get it. Listen to the song already.
