A Fruity Spirulina Smoothie with dancing girls surrounding it to rock your day into a blissful yet energetic PARTY!!!! Strawberries, blueberries, and a frozen banana that I grabbed out of the fridge and tossed into my Ninja, mixed with some other goodies like almond milk, mango kefir, peach juice, Hawaiian Spirulina, and CHIA SEEDS! So many commas and not enough time. Drink one of these and I bet you will dance all day long. I hope I do. This tastes effin YUMZ! Screw cooking I’m ready to go…did I just say that?
Spirulina is such a magic green potion that gives you tons of energy and will make the whites of your eyes whiter! It has essential amino acids that your body needs to function properly. The insane amount of nutrients that it consists of are easily digested so that it has more nutritional content than other vegetable food sources. WHAT? Yes. And Chia seeds…these guys are one of the healthiest foods on the planet. Who knew those weird commercials for a Chia pet were actually onto something?? Actually, it was the Aztecs and Mayans who knew that these little black beady things are super foods that offer sustainable energy. I want some of that, don’t you? Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup peach juice (or whatever you got)
- 1/2 cup mango kefir
- 3 strawberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries (whatever is a handful)
- 1 tsp Hawaiian Spirulina
- 1 tsp Chia seeds

- Dump it all into a blender and hit go!
